Lead UI/UX Developer at JPPA

Currently I manage any UI/UX development work for 3 e-commerce sites under the umbrella of JPPA. The sites are

built in an e-commerce platform called KalioCommerce, which uses it’s own proprietary markup language called ‘DMI’ to communicate with a C# backend.

I use DMI to communicate with their API for the storage and creation of data.

I use a mixture of javascript,CSS ,and HTML to build new features on the UI, such as Shipping Calculator, Personalization , Kit Building, and other e- commerce related activities. I also am making necessary changes to use best practices in terms of SEO, and the HTML DOM structure, as well as, the incorporation of newer technology, such as LESS , to simplify and centralize the CSS. I also do research on new technology that could be beneficial to JPPA and improve on any daily processes that may not yet be well defined or documented. I over see a Junior UI/UX developer and help them grow professionally while creating a plan of action for their day to day work and provide reports to management regularly.

2015 - 2017 Go-Codigo Louisville, KY

Creative Developer at Codigo

This is a really interesting company. They provide customizable retail media such as digital signage and kiosks for a very reputable client base. I've spent the bulk of the last year creating a 'social wall' to engage bank customers in the lobby. Users can upload photos and a post to the wall and instantaneiously see it on the wall with the other posters. In addition to that, I write the code that allows our clients to interact with various APIs and submit their own parameters. http://www.gocodigo.com/
